Understanding the Brand System

The platform supports multiple brands with separate content and settings:

  • Brand Isolation: Each brand has its own content, users, and settings
  • Shared Services: Services can be shared across brands or brand-specific
  • Location Management: Each brand can have multiple business locations
  • Content Separation: Pages, leads, and analytics are brand-specific

This allows managing multiple business entities or franchises from one platform.

Brand Editor Overview

Access brand settings through User Menu → "Brand Editor":

  • Basic Information: Brand name, description, contact details
  • Visual Identity: Logo, colors, styling preferences
  • Contact Information: Primary phone, email, address
  • Social Media: Links to social media profiles
  • SEO Settings: Default meta descriptions and keywords
  • Integration Settings: Third-party service configurations

Managing Brand Services

Configure services offered by your brand through "Brand Services Editor":

  • Service Selection: Choose from the global services catalog
  • Custom Descriptions: Tailor service descriptions for your brand
  • Pricing Information: Add brand-specific pricing details
  • Service Ordering: Arrange services in preferred display order
  • Availability: Enable/disable services as needed
  • Location-Specific: Some services may be location-dependent

Location Management

Manage business locations through "Locations Editor":

  • Basic Information:
    • Location name and description
    • Full address with ZIP code
    • Phone and email contacts

  • Hours of Operation: - Set hours for each day of the week - Handle holidays and special hours - Display closed days clearly

  • Services Available: - Select which services are offered at this location - Location-specific service variations

Creating Location Pages

Each location can have its own dedicated page:

  1. Create Location Page: Add a new page for the location
  2. Add Location Blocks:
  3. Hours of Operation block
  4. Map block with location address
  5. Contact information
  6. Location-specific services
  7. Local SEO:
  8. Include city/region in page title
  9. Add local keywords
  10. Include address in content
  11. Lead Forms: Include location-specific contact forms

Service Area Management

Define and manage service areas for each location:

  • ZIP Code Coverage: Define which ZIP codes each location serves
  • Service Radius: Set distance-based service areas
  • "In My Area" Feature: Allow visitors to check service availability
  • Location Routing: Direct leads to the appropriate location
  • Local Content: Show location-specific information based on visitor location

Multi-Location SEO Strategy

Optimize for local search across multiple locations:

  • Location-Specific Pages: Create unique pages for each location
  • Local Keywords: Include city, neighborhood, and regional terms
  • Consistent NAP: Ensure Name, Address, Phone are consistent everywhere
